Strong winds

I was looking outside earlier and noticed that the winds are quite strong today. My door is banging due to the gusts, too. I'm not sure what's causing it, but I hope there isn't a typhoon approaching, as I'm planning to go to Manila to accompany my SS for a medical check-up. I'll also be buying some things that I can't find here in the province where I live, as the selection is quite limited. However, it is sunny today, and I managed to wash the rugs. How is the weather in your area?

Its not raining in the morning in Manila, its around 4 PM onwards when rain starts pouring.
