The perradeniya botanical garden in Sri Lanka has numerous species of plants

The perradeniya botanical garden is one of the big botanical gardens in Kandy in the hill of Sri Lanka. There are certain flowering plants which have the look like leaves. Travellers get educated the plants across the 7 continents of the world planted there.

We were in colombo for just two days for an event. We couldn't see Sri Lanka much. Hopefully we visit again to explore these places.

thanks Arunimaji yes Colombo is the capital city. The major attractions are there in the area of kandy which is in the hills. Ofcourse there are lovely beaches in Cosgoda Bentota Beruwala
