Actually it doesn't bother me either way.

I think some people do it because of eyesight problems, like they can't see the small print not everyone is trying to be rude. I think people are just too picky about this stuff, it's all just words on the internet. You cannot "yell" on the internet, people are going to be rude whether they use caps or small letters.

yes! Because the use of all capital letters is considered shouting, posting a forum message entirely in caps is a sign that the poster is a newbie or a troll. Since the beginning of America Online, ALL CAPS has commonly been associated with AOL users. More experienced users will sometimes jocularly use all-caps and misspelled phrases to make fun of newbies or use the saying "caps lock is cruise control for cool." I am not sure about the others but truly I don't like to received any kind of normal documents wrting with all the way caps on.

It gets my attention every time. Then I usually ignore it. If people can't make the effort to use proper typing conventions I rarely waste my time. If you really have something to say you don't need to use allcaps. Force

Sometimes its need to get attention on a particular word or sentence but when one types everything in caps it doesnt make sense.

May be some people it may look attractive. But for me, I read every discussion posted. Hence it makes no difference whether capital or lower case.

Basically when i see one in caps i do not read them cause it looks more like you cannot go in to a discussion with that person. Seems to me that they already made up there mind. SO then why bother and read it or even reply to it.

It annoys the heck out of me. I can't help but read it as if the person typing it is actually shouting. It also makes it harder to read because there is often little or no punctuation.
