Chilies

I always avoided hot and spicy food. But after I came to know that chilies are loaded with vitamin C I am making attempts to tolerate them. I have increased the quantity of red dry chilies in the masala I prepare for dishes. I add more green chilies in the salads and vegetable dishes I prepare.
