Jackfruits

Loads of jackfruits I see on the trees. Hopefully there will be a demand Problem is to harvest them.
Cleaning a jackfruit is quite cumbersome It has that sticky gum that can only be cleared by using a bit of oil on the hands I have never done this job. The household help takes care of it.
Once the job is done it is a pleasure to see the tray laden with fruit I can just eat them non stop.
