Halfway through the month of March already, it seems like this month has been going fast. I just had my bacon and eggs in the air fryer on low carb bread meal that I started making a month or so ago. Making them in the air fryer imparts a really good flavor to the dish. The problem is you make a little nest with the bacon to contain the egg, and it didn't work this time, so I ended up with an egg mess on one of the slices of bread, plus some dripped over. Did you ever make breakfast in the air fryer?

I am lazy these days and depend on my standby breakfast bread, butter and jam

No I don't I just use normal frying pan. And yeah the month seems to be running so fast!

I have made toast and bacon, but I can’t stand cleaning the machine. Ours has a super big and heavy glass bowl and the racks are a pain to clean.

I just dumped crumbs out of it, but that little grate needs to come out so I can put it in the dishwasher, and it doesn't want to come out. There must be a way. I am going to have to look at the book.

I returned my air fryer, I just didn't seem to be able to make it work like it should.
I was just thinking yesterday that March will soon be over and it just started!
