Maple syrup and pancakes

A beautiful combination that was. When I was on that tour of US I got to taste this combination at my niece's place. She made those pancakes and had the best maple syrup. I say the best maple syrup as not everything that one finds in stores can be pure. She got it and I still remember the taste Probably the good quality maple syrup comes from Canada.
