Off for the night.

Well, I'm done with the laptop for the night me thinks. I still have a dishwasher to unload, but I'm feeling kinda crampy from lifting my chair in and out of vans all day. My drivers were less then helpful, and I had to put my chair in and out. No wonder why George called one of them a stupid B. Oh he was pissed when I couldn't get our driver to take us where he really wanted to go. I am sure I got a negative review for that ride. and needless to say she didn't get a tip for losing it on us, despite me trying to calm George down. Me having to put my chair in her van alone was enough to really tick me off.

That's crazy what the h3ll ? I'd be calling the company about that & letting them know how you were treated & I'd also put in their ear you don't want that driver back ! ! !

Don't have a choice on drivers. It's not cab companies where I can call and do that. Ride shares are different, and you don't have a choice. Ride share services are people who lend their cars to cart people around. They don't get paid that much per fare they pick up, and they're responsible for paying taxes (it's treated as self-employment) and any wear and tear they put on their vichles. So, calling and saying I don't want this driver, isn't an option. There aren't a lot of people arround here that do ride share.

@kaylachan that sucks, & either 1 of you don't drive which doesn't help either, is there any 1 that you can get to take you where you need to be for some extra cash ?

Sorry ya'll got another bad driver. I think I would have to call the company also and complain. At least it would make you feel better!

@kaylachan I figured they were all contracted drivers. Is there any way you can block them (the rude drivers) from accepting your requests?

@kareng No. I don't know who I'm going to get, until they accept the ride. And, believe it or not, Daytona doesn't have a large pool of drivers.

Venting to the company wouldn't make me feel any better, because I know there's nothing that they can do. The drivers just don't know how to handle people like George, and I was trying to calm him down.
