Should we attend Mobile phone while driving....

I have to stop the car, by the time I found it I'd have driven off the road, it starts with the handbag, then there's the little case thing it lives in then it has to be opened - far too much to look at instead of the road. Handsfree is probably ok as long as it's not a complicated conversation, I've not tried it.

It can lead to accident only if used wrongly...Also i dont think its criminal.. Its ok to attend a call if u hav handsfree(only if)....Otherwise dontuse..better stop the vehicle and attend the call
