Pineapple juice

Pineapple has several uses. Apart from eating it cut into slices and soaked in sugar one can make pineapple souffle, small bits of cheese and pineapple placed on cracker biscuits is delicious.
But the best of it all is pineapple juice When summer approahes a tall glass of pineapple juice with ice is what I long for.
We have grown our own pineapple and at the momen t we have several plants. We are waiting for the yield.

The canned pineapple is normally canned in sugar syrup

We had pineapple juice before but now we can only eat pineapple seldomly.

@allknowing No , we usually buy pineapple in the market because we live in the city not in the province where the pineapple farms are there!

I love drinking pineapple juice, especially in summer. But I don't add any sugar in it. I find it sweet enough.
