Deciding to prioritize fitness has been one of my most fulfilling choices. I’ve transformed into a dedicated gym-goer, and reflecting on my progress, it’s been an incredible experience. If I had known sooner just how beneficial weight training could be—not only for aesthetics but for my overall development—I would have dived into it much earlier. Sure, starting weight training in my thirties might seem a bit late, but I firmly believe it’s never too late to begin. I can’t help but feel a twinge of envy for the younger crowd who can start their fitness journeys earlier. I’m excited to share my insights, in hopes that my journey will inspire others! I'll start with my Shoulders Program. Shoulder Program (1st Day) 3 Sets Per Style Alternate Dumbbell Raise Seated Military Press Side Lateral Raise Low-Pulley Raise Bent-Over Lateral Raise Behind-The-Neck Press Barbell Front Raise Alternate Front Raise Pull-ups (Behind-the-Neck, Wide-up Grip, and Normal Grip) Are you interested in weight training?

I'm glad that you're exercising. I am much too old for weight training.

But you can still do exercise and eat healthy food, Linda.
