Today I had jackfruit curry with rice

In bengal jackfruit is eaten both as a vegetable and also as fruit. Presently it is in vegetable form. We call it enchor in bengali. I had jackfruit curry with potatoes and ate it with chapatis. When it will get ripe it will be eaten as fruit called kanthal.

We also eat jackfruit as vegetable and as a fruit. We usually cook it with coconut milk with crabs or shrimps.
