In this current time when technology is at it's peak, community from far flung villages are still stuck with the issue of water deficiency. Water, as we all know is among the basic needs of human. We can't imagine life without water. So, today two engineers from our provincial office, came to my office as part of their monitoring task. They reported that 3 villages who have an ongoing water project has some issues with the implementation of the program. We visited the villages to check the issue and to gather information so that we may be able to find solution. Our first stop was a 30 minute ride from the office. It's the first time I visited this village because the road was just recently constructed. It's an elevated place, in fact my ears started feel a little different again. I usually experience this when I am driving at high places. The village captain told us that they are still waiting for the materials they needed to continue with the project. The second village is currently installing the pipelines when we came. We tested the water pump and it's good. The village captain told us that they will proceed with the distribution per household after this stage. We reached the third village nearly noontime. The village captain prepared meal for us and we ate our lunch there before we continued with the checking of the system. It seems that the system is working good and there is a connection in every households. The village captain is happy to inform us that the community are already using the water. The two engineers were so happy with the result of our activity as they have positive update for their report. How's your day friends?

Thank you. There are still places in this place that has no reliable water source and that is part of my job to provide technical assistance for whatever concern they have in the village.

Thank you for the appreciation. My work is to help the local government do their work. I monitor and give technical assistance when needed. The photo above was taken while driving through the tree tunnel which is located in one of the villages. I pass through this part every day. This is actually one of my favorite spot in this town. I actually had a lot of videos walking through this tunnel. Thank you for dropping by.
