It was indeed cowardly.
Some of the people killed were riding horses when the gunmen attacked.

It was targeted killing. Women and Kids were spared.
Men were asked their religion and then shot.
Very cowardly and heinous and in fact it is worse than what even an animal would do.

It was a psychological plan to inflame communal violence in India.
Luckily that has not happened although there have been some incidents and some tension.
A country in dire economic condition and asking IMF and China/Saudi Arabia financial bailouts tries to invoke trouble and strife in its neighboring country!
Quite shocking.

This is a stupid even if seemingly daring action by the Terrorists and their Lords!
India has already taken diplomatic measures.
As for Military actions, Pakistan is also on a high alert so I believe that our Military would be thinking on logical terms.
Yes many of our hearts and minds demand an all out war but bigger wars do not always achieve the expected as seen in Russia Ukraine war.
Yet I believe that it is time for other countries to see that no funding reaches the Military brass of Pakistan, whose popularity has in any way gone down drastically within Pakistan itself.
Let us see what happens.
