I almost had another night where I didn't sleep. Last night I laid in bed staring at the ceiling, etc. thinking "Oh no..." and looking at the clock every once in a while.
Thankfully, I think I went to sleep just before midnight.
Man, I don't want sleepless nights to become a "thing".
I'm walking to church today, and hopefully that will help me sleep tonight.
When I get home from church, I'm going to do some more reading.
Have a wonderful morning/afternoon/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later!

Thank you. It used to happen to me only about once a month, but this is twice it has happened. I wonder if it might have to do with a new medication I'm taking. I'll have to ask my doctor.

Oh dear not good. I clock watch a lot when I cannot sleep at night and it's becoming a more common " thing" as I get older.
Usually if I go to bed at midnight I might be sleeping by 4am. Sometimes it's later. So I get out of bed atsay 11am still tired but I still can't just go to bed and fall asleep.
You are walking to Church , walking doesnt help me sleep either.
I hope you get a good night's sleep tonight

The walking may not help me, either--but I'm hoping it does. Thank you, I hope I sleep well tonight, too!
