Am I not happy!! The Benet Alponso mangoes are ripening. We had harvested them just a few days ago. It will be mangoes, mangoes for the next few days I have kept them in the fridge and hopefully I will make ice cream before making jam. The Mundappa mangoes are showing no signs of ripening and I only hope there will be no worms in them Started the day well.

Homemade ice cream and jam with your own grown fruits sounds great!! My daughter always asks me to make ice cream, but I haven't learn how to....

I know a trick. If you want your mangoes to ripe faster, then put them into the rice container.
