Attending the hospital / myLot

So, I mentioned in my last post that I had broken my arm ....it is actually my left upper arm. Very painful as you can imagine. My Mom and a neighbour took me to A&E when i first had the accident. Oh my days, hours and hours of waiting about followed. i had it x rayed and they confirmed that a did have an extremely bad break. I had to return the following day to the fracture clinic, where a fibre glass cast was put on. Next appointment was to be one week later ..... watch this space .... have you ever broken a bone ?

So sorry to hear that you have had to go through this and experience the level of pain that you experienced. I hope it heals quickly and that you have no more pain from it. I did have a couple of broken bones when I got knocked off my motorbike when I was younger but nothing too serious. My wife had a 10 hour wait on a trolley and then a chair in a corridor a couple of years ago. But the hospital did the best it could.

My partner had a bad motorbike accident a few years ago ....maked me to scared to go on his new bike. My goodness a 10 hour wait, thats dreadful, but as you say hospitals do their best. Hope you are both okay now.

@Ineeddentures still in a lot of pain and have to go back in two days time. They say i still may need surgery ....I am hoping not.
