I love baking ....but, oh, those extra inches !

When we moved into our new house five years ago i had a brilliant new large kitchen and had time off work so i was able to do what i loved ....bake ! Cakes that i could share .....banana bread and lemon drizzle were the favourites...became a weekly hobby for me. You dont think about it at the time but ....a slice here and a slice there ....become an inch here and an inch there .... So, i still bake but not so much. Whats your favourite cake .....

My wife use to bake on salad for breakfast and in dinner i love it. Sometimes she use to bake cake, pizza. She is a good cook.

I love coconut cake. Baked goods are hugely tempting, but not helpful for the waistline, that's for sure.

I love my wife's baking. But see those extra inches lol I'm now a 2xl. Banana bread and lemon drizzle are 2 of my favourites. Have you thought of going on bake off? My favourite cake has got to ba a lovely rich fruit Xmas cake with marzipan and icing and a wee Santa on top
