Dosa for breakfast

Dosas are easy to make. Rice, black gram dal - soaked over night It is ground to a paste. A bit of cooked boiled rice is added along with some sugar, salt and yeast. The batter a bit thick is kept for fermenting and that takes a few hours.
You need a flat pan to fry the dosas.
They are normaly eaten with chutney but I also just dunk them in tea.

I have heard of dosas..I believe I have had them years ago in England from the lovely Indian place.
