More and more youngsters do not believe in family life

More and more youngsters these days are married to their jobs and some pursue their studies.
They interact with those that are concerned with their jobs and have no time for family and friends.
And those who want to pursue their studies are married to their books or shall I say to their mobiles and computers.
Will there soon be no family at all?

In my country lesser people are being born each year and the population is aging. And there is a great problem with the elder as noone is interested in them. The world is changing in a bad way, as I see it.

What I see around here is many are not not married - all in their thirties and are busy making money

@allknowing My eldest granddaughter ( a bit over 30) is living with her boyfriend. She is not interested in getting married or having children. I feel that their common ground is to go to a good restaurant when they are not working.

Yes, I also observe that in our country. Especially those who are exposed to the importance of having a job. Though there are still people who marry and have family at young age. But I think many of those who belong to the new generation learned at a young age the importance of being financially successful. Many are competitive that they tend to acquire more knowledge by continuing their studies. Their mindset is they want to enjoy their life first before having a family.

I have noticed this for years now. But the drive in humans to mate will never fade. Thus producing families..somehow.

I agree with you . With the financial education around the you tube videos and witnessing the environment in real life. They seems knows why financial independent is important ...
They also seems believe every respects comes with money also ... I may be wrong
