...though it didn't go too bad.
My neighbor got me to the school, and I went to the office. I was told that I would be substituting for one of the "yard duties" for two hours. That was fine, though I was warned that the older kids probably would not listen, and of course some of them didn't. 
My main "gripe" if I had one, was that the only clean shirt that I had to wear was a black one, and I've learned from experience that it's not a good idea to wear black in the heat! Oh, well.
All of the other yard duties and people I spoke to in the office were really nice, except for not telling me certain things, like how to use the walkie talkie they gave me. Oh, well--thankfully I didn't have to use it.
Right now I'd like to get a late lunch, and then...do something.
Church/Bible study tonight, then home to go to bed and go to sleep! I am 90% sure that I won't have much problem with that tonight.

So everything went well for you, and I'm assuming you'll get paid for that, and maybe called back another time.
