George and I just got back from the Daytona beach Regency. We saw some friends we hadn't seen in a while, made a trip to the 11th floor, and George looked out his favorite window at the city. He loves doing that. I was actually surprised that it worked so well, too. Walkers tend to make rugs curl apparently. Hit the hot tub, got some milk and pepsi at 7-11. Had to go to a second one to get my slurpee and apparently another two liter of Pepsi for George. Worked out okay. He took me through burger king. tried to order me a chease burger, and said chicken instead. Which is fine. I'd been eating chicken sandwitches from bk for the better part of a year. So, I didn't correct the cashier at the window. George didn't realize he'd made the mistake, either. Sometimes he thinks he's saying what he meant to say. When often the times it's not the case. He also ate some peanuts, and now I have some tropical trail mix. He spilled some on the floor and tried to clean it up. Our friends were so understanding, too. didn't make him feel bad. They are just glad he's alive.
