Do you believe in Fortune Cookies?

Do you crack them open just to read what’s inside? My family orders Chinese food a lot. I don’t touch it because I know it has the big M..S..G and I don’t mess with that. But I do love opening a Fortune Cookie that’s been left behind, sitting all by itself. I believe that message is just for me. This is the one I got about a month ago, and I kept it up here with me this whole time. I believe August will be the month when the apartment calls and says Hey Girl, it’s time to move onnn in! Do you believe in Fortune Cookie messages? Side Note: I will get to my previous discussions and answer every single response, I appreciate every answer and I have not forgotten about any of you. I’m working my new job and I can officially say I am a Certified Field Agent. This weekend will be for catching up on myLot and then SNL. X

The worst ones are blank. And on the other side it says, Learn Chinese! And you’re forced to learn Chinese. Like one word. That you forget in 5 minutes. Thank you xx

Not really but I did use a fortune I got as part of a visulation type thing. It said you will move into a new home within a year. That is what I wanted to do at the time so I taped it on the fridge

I like how they taste. I can't read them, but my husband used to read them to me.

@Melanie_Marie Based on the size of the paper, I figured as much.

I can’t say I fully believe in them, but I do enjoy reading fortune cookie messages—they’re fun and sometimes really inspiring! And yep, the cookies are pretty tasty too. ??

Umm.. they kinda taste like lightly-sweetened cardboard to me. Can’t say I enjoy them. But I’m weird with food textures and tastes so don’t listen to me. If I were starving, I would eat them, of course. Thanks B! Good 2 see you

I like the taste of (non-lemon) fortune cookies. With tea. The fortunes are "fun"
