I can't sleep its past 3 am in the morning trying to catch up with your interesting posts I'm enjoying reading and interaction on this site at first I find it hard lost couldn't find my way to this site lol,as I answered few posts the interest started to develop. I'm gonna get some sleep now first I have to do my Meditation to induce sleep then put my face musk the rest is history have a good night.

I feel your pain .....I can get to sleep easy enough but whatever time i wake, thats it, I can never get back to sleep. Doesn't matter if it's 6am or 1am, no more sleep for me !

I suggest you listen to Michael Sealey's sleep meditation on YouTube i listen to him when trying to sleep again.

3 hours of sleep was enough for me better than nothing
