All my life, I never drank any coffee. Now my research into fatty liver says that coffee helps control the problem. Well, it does. I started drinking coffee and changing my diet, and I have good liver results. Now I have to drink two cups a day or I get a headache. . . If it is not one thing, it's another!

You may get similar benefits without the caffeine if you switch to decaf. Both regular and decaf have polyphenols and chlorogenic acid , which support good health.

It may be good for your liver but not good enough to drink 2 cups a day, coffee has a small amount of nicotine too, if you don't drink you get a headache, i had a same problem so i stopped cosuming regularly instead i take 2 days one cup that's it.
