It's Monday Again

It's Monday again and boy does it feel like it. The weekend was good. Dad came home and he's actually doing a lot better. There's still one more surgery before he goes in for the actually artery replacement. Hopefully he keeps doing well. Saturday we did all the shopping which means I got nothing done at the house. By the time the shopping was done I was exhausted. It's a lot to go out and people anymore. Sunday I tried to get some shop work done and I kind of did. I got one tumbler done out of two and finished a mother's day shirt. I'm gifting that to a friend though. We also decided to sell the big cat house we bought. The money we get from that will get our males fixed. I know that they say fix the females but I have all females except for two. We're not really sure what Rain is but I know for sure the two orange ones are male. If I get them fixed our issue of more babies gets solved. The two that Princess had last week are doing amazing. She's a good mama and they hardly ever cry for her. She's feeling a lot better, she comes around for attention now. Though her and our one female, Storm seem to want to go at it. There's a lot of hissing and growling. Thankfully their pen is big enough they can stay away from each other. We also had our department meeting on Sunday. I have now been added to the station group chat and our open house is official. That means I have a ton of work to do. I have to go to two businesses that are in the area and see if they would like to donate our raffle. I'm donating something from my business and I hope these places do as well. I need to get the station cleaned up better. The snow cone machine works well and the cotton candy will be fine. I'll also do brownies and cookies for that day. A lot of work. We found out last night that our friend is having his daughter's birthday party that day also. So we'll pack up the open house and go over to see her. She turns three this year and she's getting so big. Today is the usual computer work and getting the shop set for Mother's Day. I think the Crafter's Market opens this week so I need to get up there and switch some things out. I have a few windspinners to get done. One is for Mother's Day and one is for graduation. Oh, there's also a lot of prep for the event that is officially this month. It's on the 17th and I'm super excited. Hopefully it doesn't rain. I'm slightly half finished with Her Soul to Take by Harley Laroux. I love it lol. It's spicy and the banter between the two main characters is pretty funny. She's sassy with a mouth on her even though she's scared and he's an arrogant a**. Two that shouldn't really fit together but do. With a cult on her tail and a demon for protection, will the human make it out alive...and with her soul? There will be cleaning today and putting more stuff up for sale. I really need to clean out my house. Can't have a yard sale in the rain though. It's getting difficult over here lol. What is everyone else up to today?

I'm glad your dad is doing well. Thanks for the update. Sounds like you have your hands full. Nothing much today. Tomorrow I have a doctor's appointment.
