This morning when I went out to the garage to have a smoke, the feral cat, we call Blackie, was laying under my van that sits in front of the garage. I fed him some hard food. Later when Tom came home we were sitting in the garage, and Blackie came and set close to the door. I asked if he was hungry. Went and got him some more hard food, then got a pack of wet food. He came right up to me, and let me pet him..first time. He doesn't nomally even come too close to us, but I put my hand out, and he walked right up and let me pet him and scatch his head. Went to Dollar tree to get a couple of things we needed. You can't take their carts out the door and I was worried as to how I would ge them to the van. There wasn't anyone in line and the lady offered to help me carry my thngs to the van. How sweet. I was going to cook tacos tonight, and Tom stepped in and cooked instead. I helped out, but he did all the cooking. He knows it is really hard for me to cook stuff on top of the stove. I can put stuff in the oven pretty good, but holding a pan with my arm in a cast is almost impossible. LOL Hopefully the cast will come off on Friday!!!!
