Did you know that Cinco de Mayo’s first known celebration was in Columbia California on May 05 1862 when Mexican troops were victorious in invading French Forces during the battle of Puebla! This weekend I attended and photographed the events on Saturday and Sunday, the dances and costumes were beautiful, and two of the Sunday School kids took part on Saturday, so of course I got pics, for our Church newsletter!
