Last generation

I just saw a post yesterday and it says, Gen X is the last generation to tolerate being mistreated by their own relatives/family. What's your thought/s about this matter? Care to share? 
As a millenial myself, it's normal for me to cut people nowadays most especially if they tend to bother my inner peace.

I think Gen X are people born between 1965 and 1980.
Somehow I think that the sort of abuse we are talking about has continued and whilst not tolerated is still happening.
And sadly it will continue to happen because in many cultures it goes unreported so it keeps happening
