What's for lunch? May 8th, 2025 / myLot

Since we are stranded at the house for at least a few days with the truck down, I decided to make lunch. Nothing too fancy, since I am making a big meal for dinner tonight, but I still used the stove and the toaster! Aren't you proud. Haha. Anyway I boiled a couple of eggs, chopped them up, mixed them with some tuna, mayo, salt and pepper and toasted bread. Made us tuna salad sandwiches. So that's what is for lunch around these parts. What did you have? Do you put eggs in your tuna? What do you add to your tuna?

Yes, boiled eggs are a must in tuna! I had a small omelette. Just ham, red and green bell pepper, and a tad bit of cheddar cheese.

See we both had eggs. I love omlettes but never remember to make them.
