Received the Seal of Child Friendly Local Governance Award

The LGU where I am currently assigned received an invitation for the awarding ceremony of the Seal of Child-Friendly local Governance. This audit has been done last year to know if the Local Government Unit is implementing programs and measures to ensure that the welfare of the children are given priority. Because of the hard work of the persons in-charged of the program and the support of the local chief executive and other concerned, the LGU was among those who passed the audit and today is the day of awarding. The venue is in another city so I together with the personnel in-charged of the program and a colleague went together an hour earlier. We reached the venue just in time. The event was participated by different Local government units in our region and other agencies as well. How's your day friends? Photo was taken during the awarding.
