I have meant to share what book I am currently reading since like two books ago. Oops. Life and distractions got in the way. But I was determined to get it in tonight. I have a subscription to an application called Everand, which for like $16.99 a month gives me three "premium" titles and then unlimited other titles each month. That has really gotten me back into the habit of reading. Anyway. The book I am currently reading is "Call The Midwife: Shadows of the Workhouse" by Jennifer Worth. I read Call The Midwife a couple months ago and was mesmerized by the stories. It's a book or recollection of Jennifer Worths time as a midwife. The book series has been turned into a television show. I saw snippets of the tv show on TikTok and that got me wanting to read the books. So naturally after I read the first one I had to read the second one. I am only about twenty pages in, but so far so good. I will do a review of the book when I am done with it.
