The Noni fruit is loaded with nutrients and is specially recommended for diabetics. I do not know why the cuckoo loves this fruit We have several birds that visit us but it is only the cuckoo I see on the noni tree Th noni fruit actually stinks when it is ripe and the smell does not bother the cuckoo. No one eats the noni fruit but juice is prepared after it is fermented and the juice is marketed.

I find it so interesting that the cuckoo is drawn to the noni tree, especially since the fruit stinks when it's ripe! I've never actually seen a noni fruit or tree myself, but I’ve heard a lot about its health benefits, particularly for diabetics. The fact that people don’t eat the fruit directly but still make juice after it’s fermented just shows how nature can work in mysterious ways. It’s pretty remarkable how the cuckoo seems unaffected by the smell, though!

I have these trees all over and you can imagine the chirps I get to hear every day Wonderful to have them around I am amazed too that they do not mind the stink.

@allknowing Thanks for showing what the plant looks like since I have been hearing about that fruit but never seen an actual plant myself.
