Celebrating Pigeons

A Pigeon Fest will be hel on Saturday June 14 on the High Line along 30th Street and the Spur in New York City. This full day festival celebrates pigeons, urban ecology, and public art. As you see there is an amazing 17-foot-tall aluminum pigeon sculpture at the Spur on the High Line. If you like you can first go to Central Park and congratulate the pigeon population there on finally being recognized more than just a bird in the city. This is my hometown and I am proud of what they are doing and would attend if I was not so far away.

17 foot tall aluminium pigeon sculpture.
Awesome.
I quite like Pigeons. We have some in our garden and they are quite used to us and they eat the food that we give them
