Today I had hen egg curry with rice

In bengal generally hen egg and duck egg are popular. I had hen egg curry with rice today. In the egg curry potatoes are added and garlic onion ginger paste is given. it is tasty. It is also eaten with chapatis.

That sounds very good! In the US, we typically eat chicken (hen) eggs, and duck or quail eggs are a delicacy.

"Hen" eggs is rarely used, I guess...it's popularly known as chicken eggs

@sathviksouvik in that case you should have used the name "Gallus Domesticus" as per biological science...chicken is a colloquial term used in everyday conversation, we hardly say "hen"
