How Often Do You Go to Confession?

So... Since I became a practicing Catholic (2023) I have been going to confession more often than I used to. Like, it took me more than a decade after high school before I went again!
But after that of course I made up for "lost time." Once a month is not enough for me anymore.
And I always read an Examination of Conscience every time since then.
Which made me wonder, how many times do other people go and avail of the Sacrament of Confession? Care to share your thoughts?

To be honest, I usually go to confession only twice a year—during Advent and Lent. It’s rare for me to feel the need or strong urge to go on any other day.

Yeah it seems to be the case for most Catholics. It's also the time when the Church is actively encouraging people to go. I have a former work colleague who also does the same thing, even if I tell him to try once a month he doesn't even think of trying. hehe.

I must admit that I do not know if people who are Catholic go to Church at all here in our town.
I don't think they would be practising Catholics.
I have never heard it talked about.
Protestant people here don't much go to Church either.
Less people go to Church in Scotland now than at any other time in our nations history.
The most frequented places of worship near here are the Muslim Mosque

Oh my goodness...
This shows the importance of praying for other people, that more would grow closer to God and become better people towards others too. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
