Wednesday's trip to the big Tesco.

I've been very busy so I haven't been able to come on for a while. On Wednesday (14 May) I went to the big Tesco again. I got 4 First class stamps for Syd from the desk first, then I got a vegan food and living magazine and an Indigo Blue craft magazine. Then, after I'd got myself a bottle of water, I got my Mum some pads and some panty liners for me, then it was off to the fruit and veg section. There I got some strawberries, lettuce, tomatoes, easy peelers and some bananas for my Mum, and some blueberries, spring onions, a red pepper, a grapefruit and some carrots for me. After that I went and got 2 bottles of milk for my Mum and my vegan yoghurts, but I couldn't get the usual ones with 2 blackcurrant and 2 raspberry ones in, the only ones I could get were ones with 4 strawberry flavoured ones in. Then I got my Mum and Syd some mini rice puddings for their dessert on Sunday. Next I went and got some grated cheese and some mini pork pies for my Mum. Then it was off to the vegan and ready meals isle. I got a toad in the hole and 2 shepherd's pies for my Mum, and a vegan pizza, 4 packets of meat free bites and some vegan sausages for me. Then I went and got myself a great big packet of brown rice. Then it was straight to the canned isle to get a can of soup for Syd that has a strange long name. He also wanted some cockles. Then I went and got some cakes. It was Mum's turn to take the cakes to the house group. So I got a pot of the mini muffins like I got for Mum last week, I got some apple pies and some mini chocolate swiss rolls. And for my Mum and Syd for their supper on Wednesday night I got some cream doughnuts, not the ones with the holes in the middle. I got some sugar for Syd, then I went to the teas and coffees isle and got some Typhoo T-bags for Mum and Syd, some Matcha green tea T-bags and some camomile T-bags for me, and also some of the vegan galaxy hot chocolate for me. Syd wanted some treacle puddings and little pots of custard, so I got those, and he also wanted some liquorice Allsorts so I got those too. After that I went to the frozen section and got some mini ice lollies for my Mum and Syd, but I couldn't find any of the vegan magnum ice lollies for me again. But I did get myself some frozen garlic. My Mum wanted some Tesco own brand crinkle cut chips, so I got those, and then I got some toilet paper for me. And then I went to pay. It came to about £160 something. I packed all the bags up and then I went and sat on a bench. It was still only 3:35pm when I sat on the bench! I had only 5 minutes short of an hour to wait for Syd to come and fetch me! I went and swapped my book at the Tesco book swap and read a book for nearly an hour! At about 4:25pm I went and put a blue token in the charity voting thing and then went down on the lift. Syd was 5 minutes late coming to pick me up! When he did we put the bags into the boot and went home. When I got home I gave Mum her change, shopping list and club card and then I unpacked the groceries and put them away. I'd already put the recycle out ready for the recycle bin man coming yesterday, because I was going out to join a choir that night and I didn't think I'd have time. So I had my dinner, then I got ready to go out to choir. I'll tell you all about that later. What have you been doing this week? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.
