Using electric gadgets while charging, or disconnecting when not fully charged

I am one of those guys who cannot just wait for a phone to hit 100% charge to take it off the charge. As a matter of fact, my phone hardly gets beyond 75%. Maybe when I will have electric power in my farm house, I will be leaving it on the charger as I retire to bed. I’m told here are consequences of not allowing a rechargeable battery to hit full charge. For instance its lifespan is affected and it wont be lasting after a full charge. Who else finds it impracticable to leave a phone to full charge before disconnecting it from power?

I run my phone battery right down before I charge it and then I do not use it again until it is fully charged. I believe this is the best way to prolong the life of a phone battery

Usually every time I charge I always check whether it is charging properly then turn off my phone and let it until reach 100%.

I always charge it to 100% and rarely unplug it before it’s fully charged. I also avoid using it while it’s charging.
