I left town in time to avoid the severe weather and am now in London England But back home in London Kentucky 24 people have died and the tornadoes flattened the whole city It’s tragic. The Kentucky governor has declared a state of emergency Were any of you affected by Friday’s storm system?

That's terrible. We had wind, some thunder and a downpour but nothing else.

I read about that, and felt sick about it. We had our first tornado of the weekend tonight, and more are expected as the night goes on. I feel much safer here that at my own house. While my sister does live in a 3 story house, they have a huge closet under the stairs that is a perfect place to hide if a tornado hits. So I feel really good about being here.

That's terrible. RIP. Kentucky it seems is always getting walloped. No, as per usual I think the mountains broke the back of the storms. It is very breezy today though. However, Alexandria VA had some major power outages.
