Three or four years ago, someone gave me cuttings from their tomato plant. I was watering plants tonight, and saw this little guy popping out of the ground. It's near where I planted some of the sunflower seeds that I had, so it ought to be interesting to see what happens. I'll just keep watering and watching it.
Do any of you have something growing in your yard this year? Vegetables? Flowers? How are they doing?

If a sunflower plant comes up close to it, you could use it as a support for the tomato.
Tulips, daffodils, hyacinths are all pretty much done. Tomatoes and lettuce are getting started, and I noticed yesterday a couple potato plants coming up from last year's patch. And some beans and peas.

Not sure if that's a sunflower next to it or not, but I have tomato cages.

@xstitcher I've planted some pole beans next to last year's sunflower stalks, hoping they'll climb up them.
