A Healthy Substitute for Lunch

Today I decided to miss my lunch, and what did I replace it with? I had a bowl of curd garnished with fruits, nuts, and mango slush. It made for a very tasty snack and had sufficient energy to replace a regular lunch. Of course, you can't do it every day, but once in a while it's a good thing. I enjoyed it, and the grapes make the entire dish very savory.
I thought of having a glass of beer also, but gave up the idea.
