The Most Bombed Hotel in Belfast

I shot this photo out the window of a moving tour bus. Our tour guide said this hotel is the most bombed hotel in Belfast. It’s called The Europa. It was bombed more than 30 times between 1970 and 1994. They apparently call this period the “Troubles” We learned a lot about the violent history of Belfast and Northern Ireland in general More posts about Belfast to follow

Are you going to go to the Giants Causeway? I think that is a big tourist attraction there?
