Do You Pray Everyday?

When I was a little kid I started getting nightmares after watching a scary movie or maybe it was a documentary I don't know anymore. 
And then when I was in grade school I still had the occasional nightmares that's why a parent taught me the Guardian Angel prayer. 
Since then I've been praying that every night to keep the bad dreams away. And guess what? Nightmares really never come around unless I forget to pray before sleeping.
And so that is just one example of the power of a single prayer to God, even if it is just to our guardian angels.
In Lent 2023 I started to turn my life around. It was also the time I began to have a prayer life. After watching countless YT talks and interviews of exorcist priests and other priests, the lives of saints, etc., I really know now how important daily prayer is. Even just praying the rosary daily is a big help to everyone of us!
And so, praying everyday has now become a habit of mine. How about you? What do you pray each day? What do you think of prayers?

Prayer is powerful. It is our way of communicating with the Lord. I pray for guidance, safety, health and success for my family, friends and colleagues.

Saying my prayers has always been a part of me—from the moment I wake up to before I go to sleep, and even throughout the day whenever I feel the need to pray. Ever since I was a child, I was taught and guided by my parents to pray, and it’s something that’s stayed with me ever since.
