Hello Again, myLot!

Hello, all
I've been home from work for close to half an hour. While I was waiting for the bus, I listened to a couple of messages, one of which was from the office at the apartment complex, which I didn't understand.
When I called, they said my renter's insurance had expired, and 2) I couldn't put a flyer for dog watching/walking in the "clubhouse" area.
I'll think of something else to do this summer.
I got an email reminding me to finish my "draft" of something to put on eBay--though I don't think I'll be able to do that tonight.
I just remembered that I need to go and check the mail.

That's too bad that you can't let the other residents know you'd be happy to watch or walk their dogs. Did you ask for permission, or did you put up a flyer and was told to take it down?

@xstitcher Well, see, that was your mistake. You should have just put it up and maybe someone would see it (before it was taken down) that would like your services.

By law, they can’t make us get renter’s insurance in Oklahoma, but they try to make you think you do. They told us we had to, and I proved to them I didn’t. But my dad was like, maybe we should get it anyway, so we did. The only thing worth a darn is my TV. I understand that isn’t the way with renters insurance in most places. Don’t get me wrong, it’s just wise to have it. But I couldn’t afford it when I moved in (they required a $500 pet deposit).
I’m sorry they won’t let you put up a flyer. Maybe you could just tell a few people with dogs, and then word might travel?

You just reminded me about the mail.
12 hours ago the postman put the mail through the letterbox and it's still there.
About time I looked and see what it is.
