My University Doesn't Allow

There was a time I took two courses or programs simultaneously in two different universities. I was excelling in both and I really had the time of my life despite my full time job. But eventually I was caught having two courses at the same, which University of the Philippines say is not allowed under the Commission on Higher Education policies. That what was how I understood when the UP registrar explained it. But I wonder because my friends actually do this and they were fine. So, I don't really know how true this is. My university seems to be very strict about it. Have you experienced this, guys?

Yeah, well even if counteries have standard pratices, universities can make their own rules as well.
