I am so sleepy, I need coffee to stay up while working here in myLot, but the sad thing is the coffee shop where I buy iced coffee is still closed, and we runout of fresh milk, so I can't make my iced coffee. I guess I need to endure a few hours, hope I can stay up until then.
How was your sleep lately? Do you have enough hours of rest and sleep every day? If you ask me, I don't!

I'll buy my iced coffee a little bit later. Its gloomy today here in Manila. How's the weather there?

@luisadannointed it is gloomy as well here too.
My SIL said it rained here in the morning. when we are going home from Makati, it is raining there but we get home. It is dry, though some of my plant soil were still wet, an indication that it rained

I always put milk in my iced coffee.
Sadly, I don't make good coffee; I don't know why it always tastes bad.

I have my normal siesta after lunch - just half an hour I sleep OK in the night around 6 to 7 hours

That's great. I think you always have an adequate amount of sleep every day, which is good for maintaining good health. I hope everyone can do that.

I don't sleep in the daytime. I have to work hard at my store. I go to bed at night. By that time I generally get so tired that I fall fast asleep within seconds after going to bed.
