It's going to be 6 p.m. The sky that was clear half an hour ago has started being clouded.
I have observed that it has become a trend. You can expect rain a little before or after 6 p.m.in the evening.
Just now I heard a thunder. It has started drizzling. I can confidently predict a downpour within fifteen minutes
Every morning children start leaving for school at around 9 30 a.m. Every morning shops start opening at around 8.30 a.m. Every morning employees start coming to their workplaces at around 8.30 a.m. And every evening clouds start covering the sky at around 6 p.m.
Look, it has started raining. The time is 6.15 p.m.
The clouds have become punctual.

Since last many days, I have seen a pattern here as well.
Hot and Humid Morning and afternoons with very bright and harsh sunshine.
Then clouds start coming by 3 to 4 PM.
Once that is done, we have dust storm and then some rain.
It got repeated today.
On a few nights, we had very strong winds and somewhat heavier rains.
And Monsoons are still away from Delhi.
Monsoons started in Kerala almost 8 days earlier - 24 May(instead of normal 1st of June).
So if everything goes normal, we might have Monsoons in Delhi by Mid June or may be by 20th of June.

The monsoon has already arrived Odhisa We have fast blowing winds, but the can't be called " storm." Rather we can describe them as " aandhi", as we call it in Hindi.
The monsoon entered our state with a bang. Fast blowing winds, cloudy days and nights and heavy downpour
This year monsoon has arrived our country around 8 or 9 days earlier I don't know what it indicates. at.

The latest news as per Met department is that Monsoon has stalled for some time.
So rains would continue till stretches across Maharashtra to Odisha/Bengal and then onwards in Assam.
Assam is in fact under horrific floods.
Rest of country from MP onwards would have to wait for Monsoons.

I wish some people here were as.punctusl as your clouds and rain are there.
Lateness is a plague here.
Everyone has excuses for being late.
Why will people not just set out to be somewhere at a certain time a little bit earlier

@Ineeddentures I don't think people will make any effort to discipline themselves. I know boys who were punished by their parents and teachers to be punctual, but they did not bring any change in their ways.

Well I think it sucks that people are late so often.
They should make a bit more effort to arrive on time.
Especially those who get paid and are late for work
