Ho can one stop overthinking?

Some issues are so difficult that you just cant stop thinking about them. You don't know where you will end up if you don't think about them and sometimes, you just have to be sure you have done your best and your best is enough to resolve the problem. So , the question is, how do one stop over-thinking?

I sure do wish I knew the answer to this.
I think I over think quite a lot.
Now I am thinking if I over think quite a lot.
