The US is the most advanced country in the world ends down. Many times a certain Technology takes birth from this country and the world than follows it. Moreover the US is a home to a lot of internet related and social media companies. Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter)... the list is endless.
And now to add to this technology AI is there. I am very curious to know how AI has affected your everyday life, if it has? And how is it likely to affect the common people in the US, like in a year or two year's time?

OMG... What are you saying? Is that real? I would really like to visit your blog as well as know from you how you generate those AI images. Is it possible for me to do that too? Can you please share the name of the tools that you use? Or is there any app that is used on Android as well? I'm really curious to know. Thank you.

@id_peace Oh thank you so much for enlightening me on this. I didn't know that I could use WhatsApp for generating AI images as well.
And in between, I searched your profile and found that the blog you are talking about had the link there itself.
I browsed through and got some idea of what your blog is about.

You are busy with your normal routine. If you are a housewife, then it's natural. But if you are a senior citizen or have lesser of other works to do, then you could find tons of time. I'm saying that because I have got acquainted with a lot of members here who senior citizens.

@sarik1 Oh that's great! Nice! Even I come from a teacher's family. My father was a teacher. And so was I.
It's always thrilling to connect with people from the same profession.

AI has been making an impact on jobs.
However, it has been hyped.
At work, we are asked to use AI more and more and bring productivity enhancements.
Yes, it does helps but it cannot be seen as "One thing that fixes all'.
Moreover, most people are rushing to use GenAI as a panacea for many problems.
Whereas AI is much more.
Yes in the Tech world and even Finance and Defense, AI has been used extensively but after a lot of research over the years.

I don't use AI; and I think it can have a negative impact, especially on those that write for a living.

As far as I have understood technology so far what I feel is we don't choose if we want to use a particular technology or not. AI is one of them. Such tools and features are so beautifully strung into the main apps or whatever we are using, that we don't even understand that we are using AI.
"It can have a negative impact"?? It already has started to have an impact and I am one of the best examples of that. I had written a certain article for one of my clients. He ran the article in SEO and AI tools. And the tool flagged the content as AI generated. Though I had written everything manually. It's not surprising to tell you that the article had been rejected.

I don't think that AI has really had much impact on me at all.
Or it might have and I just did t know it was something AI generated I either saw, read or heard

I'm also away from AI. But today you never know how a certain technology might be used and we don't even realize that we are using the technology. Like our smartphones "chase" us and "hear" us and we don't even realize that. I think the same could be the case with AI.

@Ineeddentures That's quite right. We have got entangled in the tech that we ourselves have developed. Whatever the innovations were there, were for our betterment. But we never knew how we got stuck in the net.
