How many steps are there?

Past 9 this morning I went to my Alma mater high school to follow up the enrolment of my granddaughter in grade 7.
While I was looking for her class adviser I came across to the Science building where our library is located upstairs.
I went inside and went upstairs. My mind crumbled for I was using the library for my study and research for 4 years till graduated in 1970 but I wasn't familiar how many steps are there.
I took the picture of the stairs and posted it in social media asking fellow alumni of the school if how many steps are there.
Have you visited your high school where you graduated recently?

Yes, and there are 17 steps. Now I know after 59 years.

The high school I graduates from is one and a half kilometres.fron my house. I often go there, but it is changed now As a student I had never tried to count the steps
